Element Construction and Engineering Limited was established in Nigeria by a Nigerian for the development of Nigeria. The founder added his modern experience in the construction and engineering industries to the acquired experience in the family construction business of over fifty years. Since 2007 the company has grown from strength to strength , successfully completed projects in residentials, mining, commercials, education, housing and manufacturing sectors.

We are equipped with the requisite expertise and wide-ranging experience to undertake construction projects with single source responsibility. Contracts are executed using state of the art design tools and project management techniques from concept to commissioning . We intend to be a one-stop-shop for all your civil construction and engineering requirements.

Civil Construction

Element is well equipped to take on your civil project be it designing, constructing and maintaining the physical and naturally built environment. From rural and urban roads construction to bridges, dams, canals channelisation and drainages we have qualified workforce and can mobilise to site speedily.

Equipment sales & Leasing

We also sell and lease construction equipment from new to foreign used ones. These include concrete mixers, vibrating rollers, motor graders, wheel loaders, excavators, bulldozers and low loader trailers. We can also procure your equipment of choice for you at a much cheaper price.

A Rural Access Road Project

Several kilometres of rural access roads constructed and delivered with features like side ditches, outlet ditches, concrete drains, access and main road culverts and bridges.

Sunti Golden Sugar Estate

It took almost four years to complete the bush clearing of up to 10,000 hectares of land in Mokwa Niger State of which we were part of the contractors with most Caterpillar Bulldozers. We also handled and delivered construction of some internal access roads of the plantation.

Redeemer’s University site

We dispensed four out of our fleet of Caterpillar Bulldozers to work at land clearing projects at both take-off and permanent campuses of Redeemer's University.

Land Clearing at Rice Farm

We handled and delivered mechanised bush clearing of over 500 hectares of rice farmland in Ede Osun State..
